The awards are open to eligible government and private agencies, Research and Development Institutions (RDIs), and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) involved in activities related to the Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources (AANR) sector.

Interested applicants must submit five certified original copies of the duly endorsed nomination forms with justification, comprehensive biodata, and other supporting documents on or before April 17, 2025.
