Deloso bares infrastructure plans to upgrade tourism in Zambales

Atty. Amor Deloso bared in his 1st anniversary celebration as the governor of Zambales that there will be number of infrastructure projects, mainly the improvement and widening of roads to give Zambales an upgrade for its local tourism, held last July 1, 2017 at Iba, Zambales Capitol Park.

Deloso gave stakeholders in the tourism industry something to be happy about. The said projects will surely boost accessibility to various tourist spots, leisure and establishments. He said that the road constructions towards Mt. Tapulao and Pundakit, two of the well-known tourist destination in the province, are already underway to further increase the number of tourist visiting the area.

“We want to expand these areas and making them ecotourism sites that will not only be a great place for vacation but also to teach tourist the value of our environment.”, the governor said. He also cited the construction of a road that will link Sta. Cruz, Zambales and Mangatarem, Pangasinan and will open-up a free flow of trading between the two provinces.

One of the highlight of the speech of the Governor is the opening of the Tarlac-Iba Road Project that will start from the Aquino Head in Tarlac going direct to Iba, Zambales that will reduce the time travel by 1 hour and 20 minutes. Adding that, an International airport is located at the end of the road. Zambales will need an International airport since the province will become a pioneer province in the country in terms of tourism.
